Pre-qualification Meeting The first step is an in-person or phone conversation to get a sense of where you stand in your home buying journey. This meeting/call is the most vital step in the buying process. As a fiduciary to your private situation, this meeting will cover your financial position, your timeline, desired location(s), desired home style as well as needs and wants in a property.
Search The search begins after our initial conversation, at which point I will refer you to one of my many trusted mortgage lenders. Meanwhile, I search for your new home, proactively calling and knocking on doors in the area(s) you specifically desire.
